You may cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your date of service without penalty. A 100% deposit fee will automatically apply when: failure to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior, No Call, No Show, or if Arrival is past the allotted 10 minute grace period. Although not limited, Under the discretion of SaySo LLC. Repeated offenses will result in a ban from SaySo LLC. There are No Refunds on any services or promotional packages. Must follow directions of esthetician or technician prior to services, and/or post care instructions on any treatments done. Although we are welcoming clients, we do not allow any children or pets at location. Please contact within the 72 hour grace period for any concerns following initial appointment.
